* 盐少许

* ENO (伊诺抗酸剂粉) 半茶匙

* 芝麻油一汤匙
准备酱汁的调味料
* 茄汁一汤匙
* HP sauce 一汤匙
* 酸梅酱一汤匙
* 喼汁一汤匙
* 糖一汤匙
* 水两汤匙
煮之前我们先炒香少量芝麻
炸猪肉
腌了约两小时把猪肉拿去炸
首先油温要用160度
炸大概两三分钟,就翻去另外一面
两边都炸到微微黄色,便先把它捞起
把油温调到200度,放下去翻炸 10 至 20秒到猪肉金黄色
捞起备用
煮排骨王
热一汤匙油
把刚才调好的汁放下去,用中火把它煮开
便可以把猪肉回镬
炒数下,兜数下,把它兜匀
最后一步放一茶匙芝麻油,让它油亮
洒上芝麻
完成
