食材:半勺黄姜粉,1勺咖喱粉,少许清水,2块魔鬼鱼,1勺盐,2颗酸柑
🌶️参巴酱:1把辣椒干,30克虾米,4片疯甘叶,4根香茅,2根红辣椒,10粒红葱头,6瓣蒜,15克南姜,15克姜,3粒石古仔,1勺峇拉煎粉,3勺红糖,1勺盐,搅成泥
步骤:
1)半勺黄姜粉,1勺咖喱粉,少许清水调出酱汁,鱼块上撒上1勺盐然后涂抹咖喱酱汁腌制半小时以上,
2)把参巴酱泥爆香,炒20分钟左右,变深红色加入3勺红糖,1勺盐和疯甘叶丝,再加4勺asam水,就好了可以备用
3)准备一张锡纸,铺上香蕉叶,两面涂上食用油,把炒好的叁巴铺在香蕉叶上,放上腌制好的鱼块,再涂上一层叁巴酱,铺盖好;包起来,放入烤箱,220度 20分钟
4)29分钟后,开起来,撒上疯甘叶丝,加酸杆就可以开吃啦☺️
