你的影片中間提到很多的概念我都很同意, 但是有關於蛋白粉, 我不太認同那是浪費錢。一個在運動的人的確需要比一般人攝取更多的protein來keep up with the training, 那他如果沒有辦法從他的diet裡面攝足到足夠的protein, 食蛋白粉其實是一個低卡、又相對便宜的選擇。一個serving有20-25P, 才100卡上下,價錢才10塊錢, 一隻中型雞腿也有相當的protein, 但絕對沒有那麼便宜。所以重點是, 我們需要自己懂得算食物中的卡路里, 三大營養素(C, P & F)的份量, 那就可以在真的攝取不夠protein的時候食蛋白粉, 那其實是一個很好的補充品。

No ... It's not true. But sparkling water may corrode your teeth. Also may cause stomach issues
