材料:
紅洋蔥碎 2大匙
糖 1/2 大匙
辣椒碎 1/2 大匙 (或墨西哥辣椒)
檸檬汁 1小匙
醬油 1小匙
鹽 1/8 小匙
全香粉 1/4小匙
百里香 1/4小匙
黑胡椒 1/4小匙
辣椒粉 1/8 小匙
薑末 1/2 大匙
肉桂粉 1/8小匙
荳蔻粉 1/8小匙
雞腿排 2塊(去皮、去骨)
橄欖油 1大匙
做法:
把雞塊放入大碗中,把所有調味料加入拌勻,醃約5分鐘。
把燒烤鍋放在爐子上中大火加熱,刷上少許橄欖油。
把雞塊放入鍋中,煎約4分鐘,翻面,再煎約4分鐘至全熟。
搭配沙拉一起食用。
*也可用雞胸肉。
如要更辣,把辣椒連籽一起加入。

Ingredients:
2 tbsp minced red onion
1/2 tsp minced red chili
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp minced ginger
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp nutmeg powder
2 pieces boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
Method:
Place the chicken thigh in a bowl, add all the ingredients except the olive oil and marinade for 5 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium high heat. Brush some olive oil to the grill pan.
Add the chicken to the pan and cook for 4 minutes and then turn the chicken over and cook for 4 more minutes or until cooked.
Serve with some mixed salad.
