咕嚕煎黃花
材料:
急凍黃花魚1條
蕃茄2個
片糖半塊
茄汁適量
白醋1湯匙
菠蘿(細)1罐
處理:
1. 蕃茄,1開8。
2. 罐頭菠蘿,1開4。
3. 黃花魚,打鱗,除去腸臟,在魚肚每邊打斜3刀。
4. 黃花魚,廚紙索乾。
5. 撲少許生粉在魚身上。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油4湯匙。
2. 放黃花魚,轉中慢火,繼續煎。
3. 預備咕嚕汁:
a. 菠蘿罐內的糖水
b. 水100毫升
c. 醋1湯匙
d. 片糖半塊
4. 另外,預備生粉芡。
5. 魚的一邊已煎好,反轉煎另一面。
6. 魚已接近煎好,轉大火逼出油分。
7. 兩面已煎至脆身,夾魚在鋪了廚紙的碟上。
8. 洗乾淨鑊。
9. 在鑊中加入菠蘿糖水及水。
10. 加入片糖,開大火煮滾煮溶。
11. 加入蕃茄。
12. 加入茄汁,份量隨意。
13. 加入菠蘿粒。
14. 加入生粉芡,慢慢加入至收汁。
15. 熄火,完成,上碟。

Ingredients:
Frozen yellow croaker 1 No.
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Slab sugar half slice

Preparation:

11. Put tomatoes.
12. Add tomato sauce, amount just depends on personal taste.
13. Put pineapple cubes.
14. Put tapioca sauce little by little until the sauce becomes thick.
15. Turn off fire. Complete. Serve
