This short practice is designed to open the meridians (energy lines) for the Metal Element, which includes the Lung and Large Intestine Meridians. We begin and end with Om and hold these postures for a longer duration. We begin in a chest/front body opener on a bolster. Then prone/on the belly for Open wing, in child’s pose for another shoulder opener, and end in Bandha Konāsana (butterfly) with hug arms and Pavanmuktāsana (wind removing). Enjoy!
