I have loved this song since the age of 17, now 60. Never sick of hearing it! RIP, Mr. Sakamoto.

Leslie just like you 60 and coming from an era without computers. It took me at least 10 years before i knew what they were singing dancing with sadness etc etc, come on man what a lyric. This song is my lifetime number 1 ever. I could hear this everyday 24/7 on repeat.
I first heard this tune when I was 17 yrs. old. I am now 56 & will always come back to this song. Thank you, Mr. Larussa, for your cool program & for playing such great songs as this one.
Turning faded pages A hint of calais She was a refugee From across the wall Acting out a story Written in air Illicit in the darkness Silent applause Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Shadows hold jealous eyes Ice in may Points on a silhouette Slow fading shoes Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Acting out a story Written in air Illicit in the darkness Silent applause Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Dancing with sadness Just for herself Lost in the motion A mind with no end Dancing with sadness Just for herself

+Steve1989 MREinfo I have also been the weirdo since I was a child. As the others listened to Finnish crap music back in the early 70´s I was listening to QUEEN, SPARKS, KRAFTWERK and when punk "music" came ( a curse word 4 me!!) I started to listen to those new romantics like ULTRAVOX, VISAGE etc. but Finnish radio just kept playing those horrible punk bands and heavy music. I sometimes think that musically I was born in a wrong country!! I still don´t give a shit about Finnish music, they just can´t make anything worth listening. These days I still listen to YMO and other synth bands. Other extacy came to me when house music came. God that was and is the climax for me. But...still the Finnish radio keeps playing those shit heavy bands and...I´m lost with words! Can U believe that there are no decent clubs or discos that would play serious dance/house music and I´m living in the 3rd biggest city here in Finland?!?! I really was born in a wrong country!! Me too, I don´t like country "music" or rap rap rappedy rap. It´s all made in the same mould (wrong word??) I sooo wish we could meet and call everyone names for bad taste in music, would´t you?!

A great song by Yukihiro Takahashi ! 🔥He also wrote Rydeen, and Pure Jam (one of my favorite YMO songs)…! 😄 But, to be fair, Sakamoto and Hosono also wrote really great songs too, during YMO years… 😌
Musica new romantic. Sempre seducente la voce di Takahashi. Mi piace molto l'intermezzo musicale con effetti speciali ma anche con effetti melodici piacevoli

I was amazed at the greatness of the rhythm keep. However, I couldn't keep my rhythm in mind because of this unstable melody and chord progression.
