Here is a 27 minute vinyasa yoga flow class to build endurance your whole body.
This breath focused yoga flow will help improve your cardiorespiratory endurance which indicates how well your body performs during long periods of exercise. So the higher your cardiorespiratory endurance is the better your body can utilize the oxygen and as a result can sustain high-intensity activities over an extended period without getting tired.
This high intensity yoga flow is something you can practice daily and with daily practice you'll see that everything will become much easier and your endurance will improve. Since your heartbeat will go up this practice weill also function like a cardio workout and help with fat burn.
During this class if you feel exhausted feel free to pause, rest in child's pose and come back whenever you restore your energy.
