This yoga endurance flow is a dynamic sequence designed to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
We begin the 50-minute yoga practice with a breath flow to warm up the body and mind. As we let the breath guide and sustain the movement, it brings in elements of cardiovascular training, aiming to increase the heart rate while maintaining mindfulness and breath control.
