This sequence of asanas helps improve digestion and helps strengthen the internal organs. This yoga sequence can be practised in the morning or at any other time of the day when the stomach is not full. This restorative yoga sequence is very helpful in relaxing the body after a long, tiring day. It can be practised either on a mat or on the bed.
You will need props like a bolster (or pillows) and cushions.
