So appreciate all these videos. I'm 6 months post partum and still having joint pain but all else is well. Trying to focus and strength and flexibility this summer to work out those kinks. Your videos have been so helpful to me. I appreciate you!

I am so grateful that I found you! I have been following a couple of other yoga channels for a few years now, and could sense that I was going to need to expand my yoga library soon. My physical routine has recently changed to help support my new lifestyle and to heal my hormones from the stressful decade I had before my recent move to Hawaii. After a week of the new routine, one of your videos popped up. Your neck, wrist and shoulder video was the first one I followed and it was PERFECT! I have used that video post upper body workout and I find that my recovery is much easier in the days following. I've strung two of your videos to get a full body stretch post workout for my full body workout and it's like you hit all the right spots needed to help me recover so beautifully. I've just strung this video with your movement medicine video (feet, spine and hips) and again -- perfection. My body feels so darn good after yesterday's full body workout and barefoot walk on lava after a swim in the ocean. My glutes are not as "sore" as they were and my ankles are zinging with aliveness after getting nice stretch and strengthening. Thank you so very much for taking the time to share your energy and for tending to all those little spots that most yoga videos "ignore".

Sometimes i feel like my face , eyebrows and center of the head holds up a lot of tension and stiffness! Can u please make a video focusing on face and head muscle relief, if there's any such thing. I love this one too☺ I did the last seated bit with in my girls bedroom. Got frustrated about them not falling asleep in an hour😂 but your voice put them to sleep😍 and of course made me feel great. Love the ankle twist addition. Makes me feel my body. Really helping my awareness😍🙏 Thank you😍
