@@Knud451 I like using a rope or extension cord. This movement works great for Sciatica also. Simply lateraling the leg sideways with the towel or rope is all it takes.

That looks like the routine I'm looking for. Thank you very much! 🌝 Following day entry: Oh my goodness! Tried a stretch like that on my own, but was skeptical. Seeing your video and seeing it is a real stretch I tried it again, but serious this time. What a difference. Still trying to recover from a work injury many years ago, I have had a lot of cramps in all areas of my legs and glutes and things just not functioning right in my legs. After just one try last night, I'm walking much better now. Thank you very much! 😀

Hello mam, iam concentrating on sit-ups and i notice my thigh muscles are getting a rectangular shape and less knee pain... My work requires lots of bending and kneeling... Underneath my kness, the bones already was curved since my childhood, can these exercises help to reduce that natural curvenss
