Hi Bettina! Thank you for what you do here 🙏 I love practice yoga with you. I was ttc for a while (after misscarrage last year😢) but despite many various treatment methods, there is no success... In few months I'll be 40 yo... I feel I lost my hope to have a baby. Your videos help me to feel at least a little better ❤ Thank you!

Thank you so much for these videos, I howled all the way through this one but was left with a wonderful sense of peace. It’s been two months since we lost our first, 2 months into our journey to becoming parents. Your practices give me space to release and have given me the courage to see this 2 week wait as a blessing.

Dear Bettina, I found your channel during the tww after my first IVF round. I loved it and it helped me focusing on a gentle and grounding practice. I am now 7 weeks pregnant and still can’t believe it worked. I come back to this class from time to time as well as watching your yoga practice for first trimester and I love your calm voice, your gentle attitude and the warmth you send through the screen. Thanks for this lovely beautiful lessons. Do you teach in person lessons in UK and if so where? Blessings….Lucia

Hai mam after 2 Week complete and what is my next yoga. (today I completed my 28 days )this yoga is realy very good result for me. Iam waiting for 10 year my pregnancy. I trust it's soon as possible. I thank God and to you. Really you doing a wonderful service to us.

Dear Bettina, such a nice, loving, and gentle practice. Thank you very much :) would you suggest that we don't do sun salutations or downward-looking dogs during the TWW period? I still have 8-9 days to go in the TWW and I miss my Surya namaskar already.

You can do both of these during the two week wait if they still feel good for you. I have a sun salutation class for pregnancy on my channel. That one would show you how to modify sun salutations during the two week wait.

For the first three days stick to meditation. I have some on my channel or specific ones for IVF in my online yoga circle.

A little bit each day is better than a long practice once per week. Try to start with 5 to 10 minutes each day.

Hey bettina ... thank you for uploading this video... I practice yoga regularly. I am overjoyed to learn about TWW yoga and yoga during pregnancy . I was aware of yoga during pregnancy .. but suryanamaskar variation is kind of new .. I tried it guilt free and it's so relaxing to my mind and body. Thank you a lot..
