Yoga sequence of
1. Crane pose (bakasan)
2. Garland pose(mallasan)
3.Plank( chaturanga dandasan)
4.Lizard pose(Uttan prishthasan)
5. Mauntain pose( parvtasan)
6. Firefly pose( titibhasan)
For strengthen the arms and wrists, improve balance, tones the core and stretches the inner groins, hamstrings and back torso.
Cautions- shoulders, wrists, lower back injuries.
Practice under instructor only.
