I definitely need to work on my upper body strength. Got totally lost in the fist one, did the best I could. My main problem is I have inflammatory arthritis in my fingers, so coming onto finger tips is problematic in any position which puts weight onto them. I do try, but I usually have to go back to palms.

Great job Katrina! Staying on palms is perfectly fine if that's more appropriate for your body, you'll still be working upper body strength from there!

I have some hip issues so I've been concentrating on my lower half and my upper half has been left out. I tried to do a push up today I was too weak so I do realise I need to strengthen my upper half. I've just found your series of videos on upper body, this one was great, no push ups 😀

A heavy glass door in a cafe fell on me. Fortunately, my reflex was good enough and was able to sidestep to avoid getting hit full on. It ended up hitting my wrist and arm. My Apple Watch took a hit and triggered the fall detection. I definitely escaped what could’ve been a bad injury. Looked for a practice that covers wrist, arms and shoulder to check if everything is working fine. Snagged to finish this routine with no pain which gives me comfort. Will see my doctor just to be extra sure.Thanks for this Joelle!

Hi Elaine, I've got 2 for wrists - a 10 min one done seated with no pressure on the wrists (here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/zq6krJdjm3Z7hJg ) and a 5 min one where we work specifically to strengthen our wrists against the mat (here: kzitem.info/news/bejne/xZ6cn6Seh2ajpag ) Also, just a tip for the future: if you search "Yoga with Joelle Wrists" (or any other keyword) directly on KZitem, it should show the videos I've got on that topic 😉 I hope these help!
