It’s cool seeing more people try Filipino food. Grew up eating it, so I’m sick of it but it’s still nice to see others enjoy my culture. I’m on a Korean and dim sum kick right now. 😊

Based on how the dishes looked on the video they did not do sisig and garlic rice justice. Looks like shortcut versions and garlic rice is already easy to make.

99% of Filipinos do not know what SISIG is. That is why most of it is just pan fried pork belly. Sisig is NEVER FRIED and it must never have egg or eaten with RICE.

The sisig that she was talking about is westernize. Catered for Western-Asian palate so it's not for local Filipinos dummy. Also, All Filipinos know aling lucing. So stfu with your 99% statistical claim which is false
@Sooooyaaaaaaaaa

99% certainly knew what sisig is. What they didn't know is the traditional sisig which has grilled pork face instead of belly. People in the cities usually have the modernized sisig which has egg and mayonnaise.

@@takitezy7 western food are mostly pan fried or grilled seasoned with salt and pepper, Vietnamese food are mostly with raw herbs and rice noodles, Japanese food are just deep fried or eaten raw. exactly the food a person with a tongue made of sand paper would enjoy.
