I’m surprised they didn’t mention the turkey cannon, they make the Canon and I’ve used it before and it cooks very good that way

Did ours on our Camp Chef today. Put a light apple smoke on it. Of course it was awesome!

I notice that you put in a temperature probe while cooking at 350 degrees. It that safe for the probe? How long did it take to cook the 20 pound turkey at 350 degrees?

I saw wet brine! Since the breasts are so big and will dry out easily. You can wet bring with just water, slat and sugar
