Dude, I was tired and didn't wanna go to the gym today but I'm almost done watching this and now I'm gonna go lol. Thanks for the motivation! Can you make a video on your MMA journey and how to get started, as an out of shape (cardio-wise) person?

Ive been trying to make gains for 20 years and have failed repeatedly. My one reason was constantly quitting. During those periods of quitting the effects were....eating shit, losing weight (i know, hard life isnt it) and general feeling bad about myself. Im currently 6 months in and absolutely killing. Got my first compliment the other week, trust me, its a big deal. Haha. And im the heaviest and strongest ive ever been. I feel fantastic. Get to the fucking gym

It was similar for me I was just your average nerd short hair glasses but I trained with a friend who was a trainer and she got me in my best shape it didn't happen over night but I trained I went from 140 at the end 198 with 28 inch waist and did kick boxing for cardio plus grew my hair long down to my ass and I had super curly hair contacts all of a sudden women who would say rude stuff to me for just being in the same building as them well now they were trying to pick me up I laughed thinking they don't know who I am but sorry no way I would go out with women who were nice and my friend before and nice to me, buy it does help now back in the gym older getting back in shape after being very sick but I think everybody should work out.

Perfect video for me I am also jacked 190lbs at 12% sitting at 5'10 with plans to compete in Men's Physique or even Classic Physique. All through high school I was the obese loner then the first 2 years of college I was skinny AF and then I got jacked and my life really transformed from confidence, more attention from women, better performance at work, and then the work ethic carried over to my self improvement journey.

I love your videos. Your voice is so soothing In middle school I was so bashful and shy. I did not fit in with the general population. By my senior year I was voted biggest flirt. Treasurer of the senior class. Vice President of DE Club. Was it easy? Goodness no! I’m still trying to get off sugar😱 You are so handsome.
