Today, I made yuanyaki with sablefish. Normally yuanyaki is made with soy sauce and yuzu but I replaced yuzu with lime since yuzu is very hard to find in Canada.
The fish was tender, and rice was flavorful. It was one of the dishes where I could still enjoy hot, since the pot keeps the dish very hot!
I really enjoyed this dish, I would make it again :)
