simple recipe for making chicken wings:
Ingredients:
4 lbs (about 2 kg) chicken wings
2 tablespoons chilli powder
Salt to taste
Garlic/garlic paste 2 tbsp
optional onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, etc.
1 tsp haldi /Turmeric
2 @ 2 tablespoons corn flour
2 tablespoons coriander flour
1 tea spoon colour red
1Egg
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 tablespoon of soya sauce
1 teaspoon Vinegar
Optional: your choice of dipping sauce (e.g., barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing)
Instructions:
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a large bowl, Season the wings with salt, , and above ingredients any additional seasonings you like. You can be creative here, adding garlic powder, onion powder, paprika,, or any other spices you prefer. Deep fry the wings in fry pan for 3-5 mins in medium heat by covering the lid .until they are golden brown and crispy. You may want to flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Once the wings are cooked through and crispy, remove them from the Pan ,
Arrange the fried chicken wings in a single layer on the serving dish ,
Serve the chicken wings hot with your favorite dipping sauce on the side.
