So, last night, me and my son were playing guitars out in my driveway. This college age kid in a black cowboy hat drives up and is watching us, so we kind of nodded to him. He asks if we want to jam... Heck yeah! Come on! So he gets out with his Fender acoustic that has all sorts of stickers on it. We play a couple of tunes, and when it's his turn he teaches us this song. I'm hooked. Neither me nor my son had heard this song before. Thanks Parker, for introducing me to Zach Bryan!

BurgBuilds same here. I lost my brother (my only sibling) to stage 4 spine/ brain cancer on Sunday. He was only 35 years old and had his whole life ahead of him. I was talking to him earlier and asked him to give me a sign so I knew he was okay. Before he passed my family asked for him to send us postcards from all the places he was going to see. When the lyric about postcards came on I got chills. I was just speaking out loud to my brother with a random KZitem mix playing and one minute later this song come on. I’m sorry for the loss about your grandmother.

I just lost my 22 year old son on June 5th to a head-on collision. Zach Bryan was his favorite artist and Godspeed was his favorite song. We played it at his funeral. I know he loved it. Him and his fiance went to one of Zach Bryan's concerts and he really enjoyed it. I listen to this song all the time sometimes it makes me sad, other times it makes me happy to know it was his favorite.

I am sorry for your loss. I lost my husband in March 2023. He got sick suddenly on Valentines day and basically stayed in the hospital and never came home. The hospital was about an hour away, and I would listen to Zach Bryan the whole way there the couple times I did have to leave him to get clothes etc. Now I cant listen to a single song without thinking of him. While its not Godspeed, "Something in the orange tells me youre never coming home." especially hits hard because I remember thinking that.

What an old soul this fella has. Not afraid to show you and everyone his vulnerabilities by allowing all of us to see and hear how his head thinks, what his heart sees, and what he is willing to sacrifice for truth. Although this holds him back in the eyes of awards and 'stardom', it's as if he could care less. Some REAL people are just here to use themselves as vessels of the obvious for the rest of us. That is absolute sacrifice for self. What an honor to see in this injured and crippled world we now exist in. Rock On young man, "God's Speed".

I listened to this song through the pandemic. I had a pediatric practice and God asked me to intervene. I didn't want to. I didn't want to put myself out there. I had a family to provide for and a community of children to take care of, but God asked me to step in. I had the privilege of treating thousands of people but in doing so I lost my license and my practice, I lost everything that people consider worldly or valuable. But God asked me to intervene and we have lived on His manna the last couple years as we continue to help those that have been left without hope. I was a Christian going into this nightmare but I literally got to live in biblical times watching God use me as a vessel to preserve lives as my family suffered. God's speed. It's different than our vision of how life should be or how he answers our prayers. When I was the most broken, when I lost, actually when I failed to preserve the lives of people and I'd ask God why, why did you put me in that situation that led to failure, that led to death, why. I listened to this song, Zack Bryan's simple yet poignant way of sharing his heart, almost like Leonard Cohen in its simplicity and yet depth. What an amazing song. Thank you for writing this and thank you God for letting me find this song and his music at a time when I was so broken from bending.

Could this be any more amazing? Singers who write their own songs and put their soul & truth into them with no fear of judgment deserve to become famous because it’s hard to your soul out into the world for judgement. Zach, you do not have a bad song at all and I put your songs on shuffle and never have to hit the skip button. I love it. I am totally in love with you music & my 20 month old son looks just like you & is learning to play the harmonica & guitar right now and I have him play your songs when I teach him bc they are real. And do not need all the blah blah around it. I play the harmonica and it’s one of the best instruments ever, totally under rated. I know you probably don’t read these anymore but when people are coming to your videos 5 years later to hear your oldest videos and being as moved as they are which is apparent in these comments is amazing. I hope you don’t change, I hope you don’t settle for anyone. Your music has gotten me through my divorce & losing my mom all within 6 months of each other, it’s hard and your songs get me by, so thank you

I can't believe I went from being infatuated with your voice and heartfelt delivery and wishing and a passing to see you in concert one day.... to getting tickets for me and the woman I call "Mine" to see you in May 2 days before my birthday this year... mind blown!

Your music hits me so hard!! Every song after song just amazes me, I literally have Red Rocks Live on repeat day in and day out. I can’t even put into words how much your music has helped me through a rough couple of years, I’ve cried my eyes out so many times listening to your songs, I’ve also been happy listening to your songs lol. I just can relate, I feel your music in my soul! Thank you for being there through your music!

I’ve been in love with this song for a few months now, and I was so excited to see it finally come to Spotify, but when I listened to it my ears were so sad to hear the absence of that beautiful kick drum.

This song will be one that people are going to look back and think wow.. how did this song not make this man famous.. absolutely deserves to be played everywhere from the radio all the way to Nashville! Have you ever thought about making a duet with a woman?

Thank you for having courage to put yourself out there. Thank you first for service to protect our elderly and children who couldn't protect themselves. You have a gift from God and continue to use it to speak from your heart and you will go far in life. This is my first time hearing you but living in Nashville I hope to hear more about you. Kindly regard Amanda Quillen

His live videos have so much more life than the recorded stuff. He has such a unique and beautiful voice. Love what he's bringing to country music.

It would be SUPER awesome if you'd upload the videos you put on twitter to KZitem so I could listen to them while I drive. Because, buddy, with that voice and these lyrics, you're going places! Think about it?

Zach. You get an A+ with honors for entering the complicated realm of one's inner strength and spirit. I would trust that Dylan would approve of my comments. Love
