Simply presented but comprehensive. The "zooming-in and zooming-out" of the icons, stages, etc. is really helpful. Yes, this video presentation is the only one I've seen that explains each stage and its use. Thank you for this! Hopefully there will be more similar learning videos. Kudos!😀

Hello, very good presentation and even when i use it already for nearly 1 year i learned new things. But i have a question, do you have a video (explanation) of how to make a layout like the mail you received at 3:40 (in this video). If i make a ticket now, its just boring white and i want to make a layout something like this. Can you help me?

Yes you're able to alter your email template in Zendesk under "admin" -> "Channels" -> "Email". Zendesk has a knowledge base article on how to do this here: support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203663236

The assumption that a ticket is a problem has greatly narrowed the usage of this system. A ticket could be a piece of work, a request, a reminder, an action .... it could be anything that needs some attention or an action.

Unfortunately merging tickets in Zendesk not reversible. However, if you're on the Enterprise plan, with "agent roles" you are able to prevent specific sets of agents from having the ability to merge the tickets in the first place: support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203690916-Merging-tickets
