材料
1500克 糯米
4大匙 蔥酥油
1大匙 胡椒粉
2大匙 蠔油
2大匙 生抽

20粒 蛋黃

首先將糯米,栗子 ,香菇,白眉豆泡水4小時瀝乾備用,把瀝乾水分的蝦米,白眉豆,香菇,肉,臘腸,糯米,栗子放入調味料炒香備用,(可自行調出自己喜歡的味道)將洗淨瀝乾的粽葉對折成漏斗形放入糯米,蝦米,白眉豆,香菇,豬肉,蜡腸,栗子在將粽葉折起將糯米和餡料包緊用布繩捆綁緊,先用氣壓鍋把水燒開後倒入少許堿水和鹽(主要是把粽子的精華鎖在粽子裡)把粽子放入鍋內煮至氣壓上升轉小火煮
至45分鐘,取出粽子瀝乾水分就可享用了,謝謝
