材料
130克 白砂糖
4片 班蘭葉
340克 清水
400克 椰奶
1/4小匙 鹽
100克 番薯
70克 粘米粉
200克 木薯粉
10克 小麥澱粉
80克 清水
200克 椰奶
首先將番薯切成小塊放入鍋裡蒸上10分鐘待用,把白砂糖,班蘭葉,鹽,清水340克混合煮至糖融化待用然後將粘米粉,木薯粉,小麥澱粉,清水80克,椰奶混合攪拌把融化的糖水趁熱衝進粉漿裡並攪拌均勻後過濾粉漿待用,把粉漿倒入平底鍋開上小火稍微煮至濃稠狀,然後把番薯倒入粉漿裡混合攪拌均勻待用,將準備好的10個小碗抹上油並將粉漿平均倒入小碗裡,將粉漿放入預先燒開的鍋裡大火蒸上20分鐘,蒸好的碗仔糕待冷後就可以享用,謝謝
