首先将1000克糯米洗干净泡水里4小时,把泡水裡4小時的糯米取出瀝乾水分加入50克
的堿水和食用油攪拌均勻後醃上一小時,把粽葉用熱水燙軟泡上半小時,將泡上半小時的
粽葉取出前後清洗乾淨把粽葉頭尾剪掉瀝乾水分備用,把醃上一小時的糯米再一次攪拌把
豆沙餡準備好(可買現成豆沙餡),用上兩片葉子(光滑面)對折成漏斗形將1大匙糯米
倒入然後豆沙餡最後再加1大匙糯米,將粽葉用拇指兩邊一起按壓輕輕的包上,(注意:
記得包的過程中必須要讓糯米留下足夠的空間),水燒開後將所有的粽子放入氣壓鍋裡,
(注意:必須確保水必須是淹過粽子,水不夠必須要加至滿)氣壓鍋上升後開小火煮上,
1小時後熄火等氣壓鍋自動消氣後才能打開,把粽子取出掉幹水分就可以享用了,謝謝
