材料
500克 麵粉
2大匙 白油
1 小匙 酵母
120克 幼糖
240毫升 清水
首先將麵粉,白油, 酵母,幼糖和清水全部倒入攪拌機裡混合攪拌成粉糰後,分成10等份然後將粉糰搓揉成魚的形狀後將魚均勻的放入蒸盤裡,然後在魚頭左右兩側輕輕地按壓出魚胸鰭的形狀,下一步在魚的背部輕輕地按壓出背鰭後用上雙手的食指在魚尾巴稍微的用力擠壓出尾鰭在用上叉在魚尾兩側擠壓出形狀,然後再魚頭左右兩側用黑豆裝上眼睛,用上剪刀慢慢的剪出魚鱗後,等饅頭發酵成雙倍大就可下鍋蒸上15分鐘後碩大肥美的有魚饅頭已好,如果敬拜神明可在魚的表面噴上少許的食用色素以來點綴更加的靚麗,謝謝
