芝士醬-炸薯條 Cheese Fries
材料:
馬鈴薯 2個
油 適量 (油炸用)
培根 2條(切丁)
蔥花 少許
芝士沾醬:
奶油 2大匙
麵粉 2大匙
奶水(鮮奶油 或牛奶) 350c.c.
紅椒粉 1小匙(可不加)
芝士絲 1.5 杯 (110公克)
鹽 少許
糖 1小匙
芥末 1/2 大匙
做法:
馬鈴薯去皮切條,泡水沖乾淨,吸乾水份。
在鍋中加入足夠的油,中小火加熱,加入薯條炸熟,撈起。
把培根丁煎至焦香,放在廚紙上備用。
做醬汁:
在鍋中加入奶油、麵粉中火炒溶麵粉。
加入奶水、紅椒粉、鹽、糖、芥末慢慢拌煮,
轉最小火,加入芝士拌煮至濃稠。
把油鍋轉大火,把薯條加入再炸一次至脆身,撈起瀝乾油份,
把炸薯條放在盤子上。淋上芝士醬汁,撒上培根碎和蔥花。

Ingredients:
1-2 potatoes
Oil for frying
2 bacons (diced)
1 tbsp chopped spring onions
Cheese dipping:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
350 c.c. evaporated milk
1 tsp paprika powder
120g shredded cheddar cheese
A pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard
Method:
Peeled the potatoes cut into strips, put them into a bowl, add water and pour out the water three times, and then pat dry and set aside.
Heat a bit oil in a pan over medium heat, fried the diced bacon until crisp and then place them on the kitchen pepper.
Heat enough oil in a pan over medium heat, deep fry the potato strips until golden brown, set aside.
Add butter and flour in a pan over medium heat, stir until the flour is melted.
Pour in the evaporated milk, paprika, salt, sugar, mustard and keep stirring.
Lower the heat, add the shredded cheddar cheese and cook until thicker.
Heat the frying oil over medium high heat, put the potatoes back in the pan and frying for 1-2 minutes.
Place the fried potatoes on a place, pour the cheese dipping over the fried potatoes, sprinkle the bacon and spring onions.
