Now as a American and someone who's on a journey of self improvement i have some qeustions about this practice 1 is it Zhan Zuange a good practical way to build strength or is it a form of meditation or both 2 does it give the same if not more benefits to basic meditation 3 is that video of you and or the person in the video cutting brick real 🧍♂️🤝🐐

1. It is both. In terms of strength it is not physical strength like lifting weights no. It allows for supple and pliable body to a degree and being able to cordinate your lower limbs and your upper. Find an authentic tai chi practitioner. Where are you in the states? 2. There are many meditations methods each training different aspects. The benefits of Zhan ZHuang are plentiful. Increased white blood cells etc. But you need proper guidance. 3. Yes it is. But that me training more than just Zhan Zhuang (however it forms the base of my training).
