Zucchini Salad with Walnuts:
Three large zucchinis
750 gr strained yoghurt
Three cloves of garlic
A pinch of dill
A teacup of walnuts
A coffee spoon of salt
Three tablespoons of olive oil
A coffee spoon of grounded red pepper
Preparation:
After washing the zucchini, we grate it from the large part of the grater and cook it in a pan for 5 minutes. We add the salt and then cool it down. We take the yogurt into the mixing bowl and mix it with crushed garlic and dill with a whisk. We filter the juice of the peeled zucchini with a spoon so that it does not dilute. We mix it again with a whisk, take it on a serving plate and spread it well. We crack the walnuts and fry them in a pan with olive oil. When we take it off the stove, we pour the grounded red pepper and pour it over our salad while it is still hot. We decorate it with dill and serve it. It’s a delicious salad you can serve to your guests.
