Thank you, I'm so glad some are still doing the tradition. My Grandma had all of her grandchildren. in the kitchen helping bake cookies and things. She even tried teaching us how to sew.

I love this super simple recipe! Is chicken sold the same as in the states meaning boneless skinless or bone-in and packs of all one type or a whole bird etc.. also how is the price of chicken in Japan? It used to be a cheaper choice for meat but now it is running neck and neck with steak as far as price?

Chicken is definitely cheaper than beef and quite common. It comes like in the USA - with skin, without skin, whole, legs/thighs, etc.
