Hi my name is Christina! Welcome to Cooking With Chow!For me, food is not just about satisfying hunger - it is about the experience that is created while eating it! Food is the glue that brings and holds people together while also helping to create long-lasting memories. Food is a vessel that helps to transcend language barriers and cultures - to help befriend strangers in a foreign land.
Cooking food is a representation of who I am and the way I cook is influenced by my life experiences. Cooking is my own creative outlet. It is a representation of my past, present, and future: the food from my past is indicative of my history growing up in an Asian cultural background, the food from the present is an illustration of my current abilities, and the food of my future projects the type of cook that I aspire to be.
