My name is Dave and I'm the head cook of a Championship BBQ Team from Melbourne, Australia. The channel is about BBQ, Sous Vide, Dry Ageing Recipes and Equipment Reviews. For my friends in the US, our cuts maybe a little different but the techniques are basically the same. I've only been cooking 'low & slow' BBQ since 2013, so am still learning. I'm no expert but am happy to pass on my learnings.Although we have only competed in a few Competitions we have won GC's, RGC's and 1st places in Steak, Ribs and Pork and numerous other awards.
We are still learning but love to share what we know.
