Ruthless Philosophy
My motto, inspired by Marx but not labeling myself as a Marxist, is "For A Ruthless Criticism of Everything Existing." In philosophy and critical theory, I use a straightforward approach I called decanonization. To criticize everything, I aim to separate authors from their work, using philosophical ideas without putting the theorist on a pedestal. Two favorite quotes guiding my perspective are Nietzsche's claim that "A great truth wants to be criticized, not idolized," and Marx's words: "All I know is that I am not a Marxist."- 17:32
