Keeping the over 50's strong and flexible with yoga. Specialist in anxiety, back pain & moving through menopause!I began yoga to help with anxiety and although it never goes away, yoga gives me the tools to feel strong in my mind & body.
Yoga is fantastic for keeping bones strong, joints healthy, balance steady, breathing focused and our bodies flexible as we age.
