A WEEKLY SCHEDULE is posted on my website www.posturetonic.com/weekly-schedule also on the community tab and IG each Sunday with 2-3 NEW workouts p/week. I carefully select previous uploads in addition to the NEW workouts to include in the schedule so you have a thoughtfully structured week of workouts. There is a Pilates class for every body from complete beginner to advanced.
