Well done! For me, sleep is hard the first night. I find myself just running until sleep comes easy. But everyone is different just like you say. btw, cool van!

Is there a set time where I have to finish the race. Because I'm trying to do a very slow running face like probably two or three miles an hour cuz I do best at that speed running but breathing normally like if you're sitting down on the couch maybe 4 or 5 also.

Before watching this video I didn't even knew that “Human body have a potential to run 200 miles” It's insane. I really appreciate Your hard work and can't even imagine from what you have gone through with during the Run and before the Run. Much love from Pakistan 🤍

I agree with you. You do learn a lot from Injuries. I befriend some world class Kenyan Runners and they told me to "listen to your body when its talking to you" ie; "injury".. I had an IT band injury after my first marathon in 1999. It shut down my running for 6 weeks. I finally got Deep Tissue massage and learned Active Isolated Stretching. That was the answer for me. I learned how to stretch and care for my body through that and how to find/work out the nots! I can self massage and care for my legs now a lot better. JeffMow
