Steve's Gravel Pit Poetry
Note: I'm out with a head cold at the moment. Recordings will resume as soon as I'm able.I'm a Canadian poet who grew up lumberjacking, sitting around fires, wandering in the Canadian bush, and reading poetry. These days I want my kids to enjoy poetry like I did, and I want to keep enjoying it myself - so here I am reading it. For all of you stopping by I want you to ask yourself, when a concert ticket is $500 a pop why not pick up a book and try reading some poetry instead? If a guy like me with a voice straight out of a truck stop can do it, so can you.
If you want to talk to me directly about anything here, please e-mail me at [email protected] . I'll check it periodically, and this will go directly to me.
Also, suggestions are welcome - classic work, or even your own.
