This is the first time I did after dinner workout. Surprisingly this feels good. I feel so full after dinner and this workout somehow improves my digestion. I didn't feel queasy after doing this. I can do it in my pajamas without being afraid of sweating a ton before sleep 👌👌. Keep up the good work! 10 minutes is perfect for me 👌👌

Doing this after lunch and dinner as a way to start moving more again after a long time. This is quite nice and relaxing! Gets you warm and blood flowing

Whoa, this not only helped me feel less full after eating but also gave me a big burst of energy while doing this at my standing desk setup (I'm sure my neighbors walking by enjoyed watching me through the window 😂). It was just enough of movement - not too much to make me feel sick (and I have a sensitive system), but enough to feel good like I actually did some working out after eating. Hoping this helps with the chronic bloating that I deal with after eating.

After doing this excercise for so many weeks after dinner I would say this excercise is incredible because it helped me from bloating, digestion etc. This is the most fun and light excercise after meal. I luv your videos too. I hope you can make similar video. I luv it and it worked. Thank u🥰😍

This workout really helps me , I usually have classes till 6 pm and have to come home at study till 8 pm so I usually eat my dinner at 9pm so I feel very full after my dinner and can't sleep but after I do this workout it just feels light and helps me sleep peacefully. Thank you so much 😊

I cheated and did this after breakfast, as a cool-down for another cardio exercise I do 😊 Honestly, it's suuuper fun and I like how it is a nice and even pace, without too much jumping so we can avoid stomach "sloshing" 😂 Thank you so much, I'm definitely adding this to my workout regiment. 🎉🎉🎉

I did this about 30 minutes after i ate as i had to get the grandkids showered and ready for bed hope it still has the same benefits ..I like this because my neighborhood isnt the safest so after a certain.time i don't like being out walking and its not hard on the joints..I also am Pre Diabetic and I read a light walk after meals helps slow the spike of insulin ..Thank You for sharing..

Works like a charm! I used to be afraid to move much after my meals but always had a gut feeling that it would help. A bit of light exercise just like this is exactly what i needed. I feel much better and there's no after meal sluggishness. Love it. I recommend everyone to give it a try and find out if it's something that suits them. You've gained a new subscriber btw, keep it up!

I've done this little routine a few times and surprisingly it works to help you digest quick. Once you start burping 😅 you know your digestive system is moving.

Been doing this for a while now and it helps a lot, Im bloated and always have indigestion but after doing this for a few days i dont have that problem anymore, Im still bloated tho🤣🤣 since i dont do any active movement ever since work from home happened, will be checking work out vids from this channel as well.
