It's amazing what you can achieve in a short 10 minute workout. Grab your dumbbells and in 10 minutes, you'll have completed a full body strength workout to build strength and confidence. This program is suitable for seniors and beginners who want to get stronger. You'll have options to do the program standing or seated, or with a combination of both. I'll demonstrate for the first 20 seconds of each exercise, and then we'll complete the exercise for 40 seconds.
Walking or cardio alone will not give you the results you need. Incorporating strength exercises will boost your metabolism, build stronger bones, and build stronger muscles to support you in your every day living.
