Welcome to Improved Health: a channel that offers 3 levels of effective low impact workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate level workouts). Once you find which level is best, you can find more of the same level of workouts in the playlists (a variety of workouts including cardio, strength, stretching, all-in-ones, as well as talking and no-talking options).As a Recreation Therapist, Group Fitness Instructor & Senior Fitness Instructor, my goal is to create fun workouts for anyone who is looking for safe, manageable and effective workouts.
