I wasn’t able to do 20 without stopping or passing out I was out of breath lungs dead one year later completed 50 burpees straight under 5 mins🙌🏾

I did it for the first time and took an extra 30 seconds break between each set. It's that bad. It's doing a burpee with a push up that makes it more harder, well for me

instead f doing the last version of brpees 10 times, i do all the versions of burpees 1 time so it becomes 10 times i think thats a great idea

The first time I did this, I was out of energy by the first set and dripping in SO much sweat at the end, even though I was taking breaks. Two weeks later, after feeding my body enough WHOLESOME food (was always restricting and eating junk food) and following your guys' workouts, I did this without even sweating much, my form was a lot better (even though I was slower than kelli) and instead of feeling exhausted I feel invigorated at the end! Thankyou guys so much, I am so much closer to my goals now because of you!

LOVE THIS! ME AND KELLY ALWAYS FINISH AT THE SAME TIME OR I FINISH ONE BURPEE BEFORE HER! I SUGGEST DOING IT IN FRONT OF A MIRROR BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON IT HELPS ME! I DO THIS TWICE IN A ROW NO BREAKS SO I CAN FEEL THE BURN! I LOVE BURPEES 😍😍

How do you guys prevent or deal with knee pain with so many jumping exercises? I've been incorporating more stretching in my pre and post workouts but I still have to wear knee braces to get through cardio w/o's.

The stronger your glutes are the less knee pain you'll have.

+Erika B Strong glutes support the lower back. When the glutes aren’t strong enough to perform their hip extension function, muscles that weren’t designed for the job will take over. Over time, these ‘helper’ muscles may become overstressed, resulting in pain and compression in the lumbar spine, hips and knees.

Been with you guys since January 2016, decided beginning this year to do every single work out you have done since 2010, so Im up to this one now. 5 days a week. Won't be doing this one again, did it, not bad for an over 61 years of age.

I notice that Kelli doesn't get low into a pushup position when she goes in to the burpee; i see this in a lot of other websites. Is this necessary?

8 x 10 reps standard burpee (no pushup), 50sec rest. 20+ years tobacco smoker currently quitting - day 16 cold turkey.

I love Kelly and Daniel so much but these are technically squat jumps because burpees is your body to the ground. Her form is amazing I love fitness blender so much I will always be their biggest fan!

Someone please help me understand one thing: When i do burpees and i need to jump back up, I always end up squatting too much. So instead of having a 90° (-ish) angle on my knees and a relatively straight back I'm squatting so much i'm almost sitting on my bum. Not sure if it's because i'm not fit at all and i need to work my core/legs more or if i'm actually doing something completely wrong... Anyone can help? Thanks!

I tried doing as many burbees as I could in 1 hour. It was my secong time ever in doing them so I did not do that good. The first set I got 20. Then it went down hill fast. I ended up only getting 112 burbees. Hey, we all have to start somewhere.
