Today we have an awesome 15 Exercise Ab Workout At Home No Repeat Workout. I know you guys love no repeat workouts and it's been a while since we have hit an AB workout so I thought what better time to do one and combine and make it a no repeat workout 😊
This routine will only take roughly 15 minutes to get through that should leave your abs stinging and feeling the burn for the next couple of day
What we are doing is 45 secs of each exercise with 15 seconds rest between to get ready for the next exercise. Working our way through all 15 exercises and repeating none of them
This will hit the upper and lower abs , the obliques and the core for one killer workout

3. Flutter Kicks
4. Side to Side Crunches
5. Heel taps
6. Jackknife
7. Full Crunch / Sit up
8. Side Plank Dip Right side
9. Side Plank Dip Left Side
10. Figure 8 Active leg raises
11. Low Plank
12. V Crunch
13. Sprinter Crunches
14. Ab Teasers
15. Pull Over Crunches
