In this no repeat full body workout we will be hitting 20 no repeat exercises in total
Upping the challenge this week by pushing the time of each exercises up to 40 seconds of each , with 15 secs rest time
That extra 10 seconds can make all the difference in making it feel a little more challenging.
Again we will be splicing some conditioning exercises with some resistance training for an all over body blast
