A few add ons for all individuals regardless of gender: - They do not make decisions out of/because of FEAR. If fear is the motivation, don't listen to that. - Stand out. See the gaps in a group dynamic and be adaptable enough to highlight your own unique traits while still being easy going. - Easy going. They are secure and confident in their capabilities/who they are as a person enough so that they are usually always relaxed even in urgent situations.

Wow, strucked from start to end! Yes, Silence is my bestfriend! I love solitude, I’d rather isolate rather expose. It can be overwhelming, people demand too much of my time & this was really a big challenge for me, as a superior woman but by the grace of God, I’ve learned how to manage it well now. As much as possible I want my charity works or even simple acts of good deeds to be done Sincerely, silently, secretly & anonymous. Though sometimes people would reveal, or by any circumstances it calls for it, this is ok if it will serve as an inspiration to all. Thank you as always, more power & God Bless! ✨❤️🙏

As for being humble, I don’t see anything wrong with showing a little ego, provided that the man is competent, committed, and has a strong work ethic. Being able to gloat and flex your skills and status can be very attractive, though doing this sparingly and in ripe opportunities can be a very powerful skill, especially for a superior man
