This channel has changed my life dude. Last fall as a 6’3 17 year old guy, was VEGAN, dieting on 800 calories, and was only doing cardio. I was so weak I couldn’t bench the bar. Now after MAPS powerlift I feel insane.

I've been listening to you guys for the past 2-3 months nonstop. Dead-ass I'm not kidding - I'm basically watching either short quah vids one by one or full MP podcasts and nothing else on YT. So obviously I've been hearing and reading about your programs a lot. In about 4 weeks I will finally be at the point in my life (two little kids and moving out from one continent to another) when I can finally start maps anabolic, I can't wait!!!

Adam, I hope you get everything with your skin figured out. I found a really limited diet that works a few years back& I've since cleared up my skin& other health issues. I'm not going back to sugar, dairy, gluten etc. Organic everything is key for me. Sweet potatoes, honey& white rice are staples in addition to Alaskan salmon& Avacado.Whole seed tahini is amazing too.. I put bone broth powder & tumeric in the insta pot to cook with the rice for extra benefits!

I think it's important to learn exactly what your body is communicating to you when you're feeling sluggish before working out. It's not entirely different from when people eat when their body was actually telling them they're dehydrated and need water. Learning to read the signs can help you determine whether you really need a break from your high intensity training, or whether the training is exactly what you need to pick up your energy levels and rejuvenate. For me, I workout first thing in the morning, so sometimes when I wake up I don't feel motivated to go to the gym. How I determine whether it's something to push through or manage is I'll think, "am I just wanting to stay in bed longer, or is the thought of going hard at the gym draining?" If it's the former, I know that will go away once I force myself to get out of bed. As soon as I'm up, I'm ready to go. If it's the latter, I'll make the decision to train light that day, and see if it's time to de-load the following week.

Mindpump is the best. Thank you. I’ve been doing a home workout with bands and dumbbells for about a year (after a long break). Push-Pull-Legs split. When I lift heavy I rack up injuries and random joint pain. Also, when I focus entirely on lifting weights I sometimes feel slow and un athletic. Could you suggest some dynamic exercises that round out may program? Focus is general health and then aesthetics.

Adam- i would eliminate the rice too, i had an autoimmune and took the rice out and it helped me tremendously now im on remission.. i loved eating rice all the time

Do carnivore and use white rice. White rice has basically no lectins or phytates. And is the only carb source I can digest without auto immune flare ups. I react to everything except beef and white rice so I'm sure that would be great for you.

I went carnivore for several months and have been able to determine what causes autoimmune issues. Paul Saladino has a food toxicity chart and I have found that I can manage all of the low toxicity foods, as I move towards the medium I start to have issue and I cant handle any of the high toxicity foods. Reach out to Paul and ask for the chart it is extremely helpful

If the body adapts to an increased workload by being more efficient and burning less calories to do the same amount of work, then how can people reach a state where they're burning 5,000+ calories every day? why doesnt their body adapt earlier and keep their calories closer to normal
