The most important group of muscles for swimmers is most definitely the core. That is the middle part of your body. These muscles control the position and the strength of your body. if you have a strong core and you know how to use it in swimming you will be unstoppable.
The format is simple, 3 sets of TABATA, which means that we will do 12 minutes of 20 seconds doing one exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. All you need for this workout is your body, the floor, gravity, and the yoga mat is optional
