Hi! Here is my 20 Min Full Body Stretch // Relax + Unwind routine, designed to increase flexibility and mobility. Relax and unwind with this relaxing yoga stretch sesh. I will guide in real time through each stretch, offering helpful alignment tips. This video is perfect for beginners and folks of all ages and abilities. We will release stress and stretch out the entire body! Feel free to do this real time stretching routine in the morning, before bedtime or on your rest or recovery day. I am a certified yoga instructor and has taught all levels and ages since 2007. :) I hope you enjoy!
