Hi! Here is my 15 Min Trampoline Cardio Workout! In this "No Talking" Follow Along cardio class we will be working for 40 secs per exercises, with no rest in between. This will definitely get your heart rate up! This workout is for experienced or advanced rebounders, as there is no instruction. If you are new, check out my beginner workout, so you are confident with your form and technique. This workout does not end with a stretch, but I have linked a variety of stretch routines below.
