ZERO Excuses not to get this 20 minute full body workout in. This workout can be done wherever, whenever with no equipment required. This workout will target your full body, while getting a quick sweat, and an intense HIIT Cardio Session all in one.
This video is full length and you can follow along, and go at your own pace. A majority of the workout is 30 seconds per exercise but you can pause and take breaks as you need.
This is a great workout for beginners all the way to advanced; kids elderly, anyone can do this workout and see great results.
