Today's Zeus Fitness workout is a 20 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout At Home. This is a brilliant home dumbbell workout for that upper body with a twist
So what is the twist. Well we are mixing up the format with this dumbbell workout by not just making it a ladder workout , but making it a reverse ladder workout.
So what we are doing here is we take 6 upper body dumbbell exercises, we start with 10 reps of each , then 9 reps of each , then 8 reps of each and work our way all the way down to one rep of each
Although the workout should in theory get easier as it goes along , we are taking no breaks at all in this one making it one continuous workout. Trust me without any breaks this one really burns
We will be hitting the biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest and back all in one circuit
So grab your dumbbells and a drink and let's get ready to ROCK!!!
